10 Convenient ways of improving yourself
Are you constantly trying to improve and improve yourself? If you do, we’ve got something in common.
Personal growth I’m very passionate about. It was only four years ago that I discovered my passion to grow and help others grow. I was 22 at that time and in my last university year. I realized that there was nothing more meaningful than pursuing a life of development and improvement as I thought about the meaning of life. We get the most out of life by improving ourselves.
The more I grow, the more I realize I don’t know so much out there that I must learn.
Whenever we feel good we can be better still.
I constantly seek ways of improving myself as a passionate advocate for growth. I have compiled 42 of my best tips that could be useful on your journey of personal growth. Some of these are easy steps you can take straight away. Some are major steps that are made to act consciously. They’re here: Choose a new hobby.
1.Choose a new hobby.
In addition to your usual favorite hobbies, are you able to pick up something new? You can learn any new sport?
Fencing, golf, climbing, football, canoeing or ice skating, among other things.
You can also make your new hobby a leisure hobby. For example pottery, Italian cuisine, dance, wine appreciation, web design, etc.
You can teach something new, physically, mentally or emotionally in different respects. Take a new direction.
2. Take a new direction.
Are you able to join any new course? Courses are an excellent way to gain new skills and knowledge.
There is no need for long – term training – seminars or workshops are also intended.
I was in a few workshops and they helped me get new insights that I hadn’t thought about before.
3. Make a room that is inspiring.
The mood and the tone set for you in your environment. You’ll be inspired every day if you live in an inspiring environment.
I did n’t like my room in the past, because I thought it was chaotic and stupid. I decided that this was the end a few years ago. I started a project “Mega Room Revamp” and redeveloped my room.
The final outcome? A room in which I am totally happy and inspire me every day to be at my height.
4. Take your fears over.
We’re all afraid. Fear of uncertainty, fear of public speech, fear of risk… all of our fears keep us uniform and prevent our growth.
Recognize that the areas you can grow in reflect your fear. I always consider fears to be the growth compass.
If I’m afraid of something, it is something I still have to deal with, and addressing it helps me to develop.
5. Have a practice routine on a weekly basis.
Better you start to be physically better. I myself make the point of jogging at least three times a week, each time at least 30 minutes.
You may want to blend it with jogging, fitness lessons and variety swimming.
6.Write your future person a letter.
What do you think 5 years later? Are you going to be identical? Other? Other? What type of person are you going to be?
Write a letter for your future–it will be a good start for 1 year from now–and seal it.
Make a date of 1 year from now on in your calendar. Then begin to work to the person you want the letter to open.
7. Put a challenge to somebody.
Concurrence is one of the best ways to increase. Set yourself a challenge (weight loss, practice, financial challenges, etc.) and rival a interested friend to see who reaches the goal first.
During the process, you will both gain more than you would if you set goals on your own.
We will always have blind spots as much as we try to improve. Requesting feedback gives us a further prospect.
Certain people will be friends, relatives, colleagues, boss and even families because they have no preset prejudice and can objectively provide their feedback.
9.Recognize your shortcomings.
It’s all flaws. The main thing is to understand, recognize and address them. What are your flaws, do you think?
What are the shortcomings on which you now can work? How would you like to deal with them?
10. Engage in your personal development.
I can write list articles 10 ways, 25 ways, 42 ways, or even 1,000 ways to get better, but it doesn’t matter what I write if you don’t want to commit to your personal growth.
It’s not going to get through anything. For our personal growth, we are responsible— nobody else. Your dad, me or Lifehack, not your mother or friend.
Decide on your personal growth and embrace a lifetime journey of growth and change. Start your growth by selecting and working on some of the steps above.
The results might not be immediate, but I promise you that you will see positive changes in yourself and in your lives as long as you do this.
